Shipping Policy

Go Time Patio offers FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the USA. Shipping quotes are available on request for orders to Hawaii and Alaska — just contact us before ordering.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. We then confirm the item is in stock and available with our supplier. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we'll contact you by email and you can choose to either keep the order in place until it's available or receive a full refund.

Processing & Lead Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same business day; orders placed Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. Most in-stock items are ready to ship within about 1–5 business days, while certain brands and all made-to-order items take longer. Each product page shows that item's estimated ready-to-ship and delivery window, so you always know what to expect before you buy.

Shipment & Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any questions about a shipment, contact us at support@gotimepatio.com or call 941-216-5633.

Estimated Transit Times

Smaller items ship via FedEx or UPS ground and typically arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch. Larger and heavier items ship by freight (LTL) carrier and generally take about 1–4 weeks depending on your location. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Freight & Large-Item Delivery

Large furniture ships by freight carrier with standard curbside delivery — the carrier brings your order to the curb or driveway at your address. For freight shipments, the carrier will typically call to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Please measure your space, doorways, and access points in advance.

Prefer not to handle placement or assembly yourself? White-glove delivery and assembly are available on request — contact us before ordering and we'll provide a quote for your items and location.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you see any damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us right away. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on reporting damaged or defective items.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

If you miss a scheduled freight delivery appointment, or refuse a delivery for any reason other than shipping damage, any redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.

Returns Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help — please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, contact us first at support@gotimepatio.com or 941-216-5633 so we can authorize it and coordinate the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and complete original packaging, including manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Items returned incomplete or not in original condition may be subject to additional charges or may not be accepted.

Accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. Your refund will be the product purchase price less the 20% restocking fee, issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or cancelled once an order is placed:

  • Custom, made-to-order, and special-order products
  • Clearance or "as-is" items
  • Products that have been assembled or installed

Cancellations

You may cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the cancellation is handled as a return (see Returns above), including return shipping and the 20% restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, as production begins right away.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email photos to support@gotimepatio.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take it from there — including filing any freight or insurance claim on your behalf and arranging a repair, replacement, or refund. Damaged or defective items are not charged a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.

Warranty

Most products are covered by strong manufacturer warranties that vary by brand — from multi-year coverage to LuxCraft's lifetime residential warranty and Ledge Lounger's up-to-15-year in-pool coverage. Warranty terms are listed on each product page. For help with a warranty claim, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

HDPE Footrest with Synchronized Gliding Motion

The LuxCraft Glider Footrest is the engineered footrest accessory designed specifically to pair with LuxCraft Glider Chairs. Unlike static ottomans or stationary footrests that sit still while the chair next to them moves, the Glider Footrest has its own gliding base mechanism that moves in coordination with the paired chair. As the glider chair gliders back and forth, the Glider Footrest gliders at the same rate in the same direction, keeping the occupants legs and torso moving as a single unified body rather than as disconnected pieces.

The synchronized motion is the engineering differentiator. Standard outdoor ottomans paired with glider chairs produce an awkward motion mismatch — the upper body moves while the feet stay planted on a static ottoman surface, creating a visual and physical disconnect that defeats the purpose of a gliding chair. The Glider Footrest eliminates this mismatch by replicating the chair's four-bar linkage mechanism at the footrest level, so feet and torso travel together throughout each glide cycle.

Synchronized Motion Engineering

Most outdoor footrests are static — they sit still while the chair next to them moves. The LuxCraft Glider Footrest is engineered differently. Its base uses the same four-bar linkage mechanism as the paired Glider Chairs base, so when the chair gliders back and forth, the footrest gliders at a matched rate and direction. Feet travel with the body across each glide cycle. The visual and physical effect is a single coordinated motion rather than two disconnected pieces, which is the actual relaxation goal of a gliding chair setup.

Glide Cycle Coordination

Both the chair and the footrest move independently — each has its own glide mechanism, and neither is mechanically connected to the other. The synchronization happens because both use the same four-bar linkage geometry, calibrated to produce the same travel distance and the same glide rate when the occupant initiates motion. The footrest gliders smoothly through its full travel range without grinding, catching, or producing jarring stops at the extremes of motion. The substantial 34-pound weight provides stability — the footrest does not drift or shift during use.

Glider and Footrest Layout

Position the Glider Footrest directly in front of the paired LuxCraft Glider Chair, approximately 12-18 inches from the front edge of the chair seat. The footrest needs roughly 24 inches of clearance forward of its rear-most position to accommodate full glide travel at the forward extension of the cycle. For corner placements, position the glider chair against the corner wall with the footrest extending into the open patio area — the corner placement gives the gliding combination space to operate without the footrest hitting adjacent furniture.

Glider Footrest Heritage Build

Every LuxCraft Glider Footrest is hand-built by Amish craftsmen in Sugarcreek, Ohio. The footrest is backed by a lifetime residential warranty and 5-year commercial warranty. The four-bar linkage mechanism at the base requires precise assembly tolerances to deliver smooth gliding motion across the footrest's full travel range — and the heritage construction methods deliver this precision alongside the generational durability standards that define the entire LuxCraft outdoor catalog.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The LuxCraft Glider Footrest pairs with any LuxCraft Glider Chair — including the LuxCraft 2' Adirondack Glider Chair, 2' Classic Glider Chair, 2' Plain Glider Chair, and the Balcony Glider variants (Adirondack Balcony Glider, Plain Balcony Glider). The synchronized glide motion works because all LuxCraft Glider Chairs use the same four-bar linkage geometry as the Glider Footrest.

  • No, the footrest is not mechanically connected to the chair — both move independently. The synchronization happens because both use the same four-bar linkage mechanism calibrated to the same glide rate. The occupant initiates motion (typically by pushing back with leg muscle action), and both the chair and the footrest respond at the same rate. The result feels coordinated even though the two pieces are physically separate.

  • The two footrests serve different chair types. The LuxCraft Glider Footrest has a four-bar linkage synchronized glide mechanism (34 lbs total) designed to pair with LuxCraft Glider Chairs. The LuxCraft Deluxe Adirondack Footrest is static (16 lbs total) — no glide mechanism — designed to pair with stationary LuxCraft Adirondack Chairs. Pick by chair type: gliding chairs get the Glider Footrest; stationary chairs get the Deluxe Adirondack Footrest.

  • Yes. The LuxCraft Glider Footrest weighs 34 pounds — significantly heavier than a typical outdoor ottoman because the synchronized glide base mechanism adds substantial weight. The weight is a feature: it provides the stability needed to keep the footrest planted firmly during use, preventing the unit from drifting or shifting across the patio surface. For positioning, two adults find the footrest easier to relocate than one.

  • The LuxCraft Glider Footrest is made from recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) poly lumber — the same material used across the entire LuxCraft outdoor catalog. The poly is sourced from post-consumer milk jugs and detergent bottles, cleaned to over 99% purity, and molded into solid board stock that is over 90% recycled content. The glide base mechanism uses 316 stainless steel hardware that will not rust.
