Shipping Policy:
We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the contiguous US. No shipping outside the USA. *Shipping quotes available for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after your order is successfully placed. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
Lead Times: Orders received Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. In-stock items typically ship within 5 business days after processing. Backordered items might require additional business days prior to shipping. We do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery times.
Order Shipment: If your order is in stock it will typically ship within 5 business days of your order. We will e-mail you with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please email us with any questions about your shipment at support@gotimepatio.com.
Shipping Times: Ground transit typically takes 1-5 business days depending on where you are located. Common/Private carriers can take 2-4 weeks to deliver. All shipping times are estimates and should not be taken as a guarantee.
