Eligibility: The item must be identical in brand, model, size, and color. The competitor’s price must be current and available to the public.

Verification: To request a price match, present proof of the lower price from the competitor. This can include a printed advertisement, a screenshot from the competitor’s website, or a quote from a store.

Terms and Conditions: Price match requests are subject to verification and approval. The price match applies to the item’s selling price.

  • It depends on the brand. LuxCraft and Berlin Gardens build with recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) poly lumber, and Berlin Gardens also offers marine-grade poly and aluminum. Anderson Teak uses solid teak. Hospitality Rattan pairs aluminum frames with Viro or Rehau synthetic wicker. Panama Jack Outdoor offers aluminum, woven fiber, teak and polyresin. Each product page lists the exact materials in its specifications.

  • Shipping is free on all orders in the contiguous U.S. Your order ships directly from the manufacturer, so the lead time is the same as buying direct or from any authorized dealer. Many pieces are built to order, so timing varies by brand and item. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window, and we'll confirm your timeline after you order.

  • It depends on the brand and the piece. Some items arrive fully assembled, while many require assembly or light assembly, and instructions are included. White glove delivery is available for an additional cost if you'd like your furniture delivered, assembled and placed for you. Note that assembled items can't be returned, so check your order when it arrives before putting it together. Call 941-216-5633 for a white glove quote.

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact us first at support@gotimepatio.com or 941-216-5633 so we can authorize the return. Items must be in original condition and complete original packaging. Accepted returns carry a 20% restocking fee, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping is non-refundable. Custom, made-to-order, special-order, clearance and assembled items can't be returned. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

  • Our furniture is built for year-round outdoor use, but how each material handles weather differs. Poly lumber from LuxCraft and Berlin Gardens resists moisture, rot and insects and needs no painting or sealing. Teak weathers naturally to a silver-gray patina unless treated. In freezing climates, cover or store aluminum-frame furniture, since freeze damage inside frames is excluded from most manufacturer warranties.

  • Yes. Every product carries its manufacturer's warranty, and terms vary by brand. Residential examples: LuxCraft poly furniture has a lifetime limited warranty against structural defects, Berlin Gardens poly has 20 years, Ledge Lounger has 15 years on in-pool and 20 years on patio furniture, and Hospitality Rattan has 3 years on frames and weaving. Commercial terms are shorter. We help you file any warranty claim with the manufacturer.

  • Many pieces can be ordered in your choice of color. LuxCraft offers more than 30 poly colors, and Berlin Gardens and Ledge Lounger offer multiple color options on many products.   • Poly furniture cleans with mild soap, water and a soft brush. Teak can be left to weather or treated with a teak sealer to keep its golden color. For in-pool furniture, keep your pool chemistry balanced, since improper water chemistry is excluded from warranty coverage. Near the coast, rinse stainless steel hardware periodically, because salt air can cause surface rust if it isn't maintained.

  • Yes. Klarna and Shop Pay Installments are both available at checkout, letting you split qualifying purchases into payments. Options and terms are shown when you select your payment method, subject to approval.

  • Inspect your shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Then email photos to support@gotimepatio.com within 24 hours of delivery. We'll file the freight or insurance claim for you and arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Damaged or defective items are never charged a restocking fee.
