Is there anything you can do prior to placing an order?

Yes, please make sure the dimensions of the product will fit in the desired area and the colors/variances you select are correct.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after your order is successfully placed.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock it will typically ship within 5 business days of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us feel free to follow up with us at orders@gotimepatio.com.

Shipping Times:  

Ground transit typically takes 1-5 business days depending on where you are located.  Common/Private carriers can take 2-4 weeks to deliver.  All shipping times are estimates and should not be taken as a guarantee.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@gotimepatio.com.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you use when placing your order.

White Glove Delivery:

Please reach out if you are interested in White Glove Delivery for a quote.  Many items we offer are large and heavy.  White Glove Delivery can help with unpackaging the items, disassembly of the crate/packaging and disposal of the packaging.

Many products are ready to ship within about 1–5 business days and arrive in roughly 6–10 business days, while custom and made-to-order pieces take longer — some up to several weeks. Each product page shows that item's estimated ready-to-ship and delivery window, and you'll receive tracking and updates once your order ships.

  • Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy on most items in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Some restrictions apply to custom, made-to-order, and clearance products. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

  • Yes. We can arrange white-glove assembly for an additional fee — just ask us before or after you order and we'll set it up. Most items also arrive with straightforward assembly and clear, illustrated instructions, and many ship largely pre-assembled, so professional assembly is optional on most products.

  • Yes — and they're among the strongest in the industry. Coverage varies by brand: LuxCraft carries a lifetime residential warranty, Ledge Lounger in-pool furniture is covered for up to 15 years residential (10 years commercial), and brands like Anderson Teak, Panama Jack Outdoor, and Skyline Design include multi-year manufacturer warranties.   • Yes. Many products offer color, finish, and fabric choices — LuxCraft poly comes in 20+ colors, and brands such as Skyline Design offer multi-color Sunbrella fabric programs. Check each product page for that item's available options.

  • Yes. Every product we sell is designed for outdoor use — sun, rain, humidity, and freeze-thaw cycles. Poly and teak resist fading, cracking, and rot, and our Ledge Lounger in-pool pieces are built to sit directly in chlorinated and saltwater pools. We recommend protective covers in extreme weather to extend the life of any piece.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. We carefully package every order, but freight damage occasionally happens — documenting it quickly helps us resolve it fast.

  • Most pieces need only occasional cleaning with mild soap and water — no staining, sealing, or painting required for poly furniture. Teak can be left to weather to a natural silver-gray or maintained with teak sealer to keep its golden tone. Each product page includes care specifics for that material.
