Shipping Policy

Go Time Patio offers FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the USA. Shipping quotes are available on request for orders to Hawaii and Alaska — just contact us before ordering.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. We then confirm the item is in stock and available with our supplier. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we'll contact you by email and you can choose to either keep the order in place until it's available or receive a full refund.

Processing & Lead Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same business day; orders placed Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. Most in-stock items are ready to ship within about 1–5 business days, while certain brands and all made-to-order items take longer. Each product page shows that item's estimated ready-to-ship and delivery window, so you always know what to expect before you buy.

Shipment & Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any questions about a shipment, contact us at support@gotimepatio.com or call 941-216-5633.

Estimated Transit Times

Smaller items ship via FedEx or UPS ground and typically arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch. Larger and heavier items ship by freight (LTL) carrier and generally take about 1–4 weeks depending on your location. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Freight & Large-Item Delivery

Large furniture ships by freight carrier with standard curbside delivery — the carrier brings your order to the curb or driveway at your address. For freight shipments, the carrier will typically call to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Please measure your space, doorways, and access points in advance.

Prefer not to handle placement or assembly yourself? White-glove delivery and assembly are available on request — contact us before ordering and we'll provide a quote for your items and location.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you see any damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us right away. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on reporting damaged or defective items.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

If you miss a scheduled freight delivery appointment, or refuse a delivery for any reason other than shipping damage, any redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.

Returns Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help — please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, contact us first at support@gotimepatio.com or 941-216-5633 so we can authorize it and coordinate the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and complete original packaging, including manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Items returned incomplete or not in original condition may be subject to additional charges or may not be accepted.

Accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. Your refund will be the product purchase price less the 20% restocking fee, issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or cancelled once an order is placed:

  • Custom, made-to-order, and special-order products
  • Clearance or "as-is" items
  • Products that have been assembled or installed

Cancellations

You may cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the cancellation is handled as a return (see Returns above), including return shipping and the 20% restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, as production begins right away.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email photos to support@gotimepatio.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take it from there — including filing any freight or insurance claim on your behalf and arranging a repair, replacement, or refund. Damaged or defective items are not charged a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.

Warranty

Most products are covered by strong manufacturer warranties that vary by brand — from multi-year coverage to LuxCraft's lifetime residential warranty and Ledge Lounger's up-to-15-year in-pool coverage. Warranty terms are listed on each product page. For help with a warranty claim, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Teak Leg-Rocker with 19-Inch Seat Height for Easy Access

The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair is the leg-rocker design member of the Anderson Teak Rocking Armchair lineup — an A-Grade teak rocker built with the rocker mechanism integrated directly into the chair legs themselves rather than separate rocker rails attached at the base. The continuous leg-to-rocker geometry creates a smoother visual line from chair body to floor and a different rocking motion than rail-style rockers.

This is the higher-seat accessibility-friendly rocker in the lineup. While most rockers position the seat below standard dining-chair height for relaxed lounging posture, the Modern Rocking Armchair's 19-inch seat sits closer to dining-chair height — making the rocker substantially easier to enter and exit than the lower-seated comfort rockers. Anderson Teak positions the Modern for buyers who want the rocking experience without the low-seat in-and-out challenge that some users find difficult with deeper lounging rockers.

Why Higher-Seat Rockers?

Higher-seat outdoor rocking armchairs solve a specific accessibility problem that low-seat lounging rockers cannot. Older buyers who find low-seat rockers difficult to enter and exit, residential settings where rockers serve as functional everyday seating rather than dedicated lounging furniture, commercial venues where guests with varying mobility use the rockers daily, and any configuration where the rocker should function more like a standard chair than a sink-in lounger all share a constraint: the seat must sit closer to dining-chair height rather than the low 16-inch to 17-inch heights typical of dedicated lounging rockers. The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair answers this constraint with a 19-inch seat height — the highest in the Anderson Teak Rocking Armchair lineup.

Leg-Rocker Construction Detail

The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair distinguishes itself through leg-rocker construction — the rocker mechanism integrates directly into the chair legs themselves rather than mounting as separate rocker rails attached at the base. The continuous leg-to-rocker geometry creates a smoother visual line from chair body to floor compared to traditional rail-style rockers, and the rocking motion follows a wider arc because the rocking curve traces the full leg geometry. The deeper 40-inch overall footprint reflects this leg-rocker arc geometry, while the 22-inch deep seat takes advantage of the additional footprint for generous sitting depth.

Modern Rocker Alternatives

The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair is one of four A-Grade teak unfinished rockers in the Anderson Teak Rocking Armchair lineup. Buyers comparing rocker options should also consider the Anderson Teak Del-Amo Rocking Armchair (deep-enveloping comfort, 16-inch low seat, 42 lbs, anchors the Del Amo family) for the lowest-seat most-enveloping rocker option, the Anderson Teak Ipanema Rocking Armchair (sculptural curved-slat back, lightest 24-pound construction, two-rocker porch pairing positioning) for the lightest and most aesthetically distinctive rocker, or the Anderson Teak Palm Beach Rocking Armchair (waterbase sealer finish that preserves honey-brown color) for sealed teak that holds color longer than unfinished alternatives.

Modern Plantation Heritage

Every Anderson Collection Modern Rocking Armchair is hand-crafted at Anderson Teak's facility in Central Java, Indonesia, where the company has produced premium outdoor teak furniture since 2002. The Modern Rocking Armchair is built from kiln-dried A-Grade teak (Tectona Grandis) sourced through Indonesia's SVLK legal-sourcing certification system, with traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, teak wood dowels, marine-grade brass and stainless steel fittings, and the distinctive leg-rocker integrated construction. The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair is backed by Anderson Teak's 2-year residential / 1-year commercial limited warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair uses a leg-rocker integrated design where the rocker mechanism is built directly into the chair legs themselves rather than mounting as separate rocker rails attached at the base. This creates a continuous leg-to-rocker geometry with a smoother visual line from chair body to floor compared to traditional rail-style rockers. The rocking motion follows a wider arc because the rocking curve traces the full leg geometry, and the deeper 40-inch overall footprint reflects this extended geometry.

  • The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair has a 19-inch seat height — the highest in the Anderson Teak Rocking Armchair lineup. Most rockers (Del-Amo at 16 inches, Barcelona and Ipanema at 17 inches) position the seat below standard dining-chair height for relaxed lounging posture, which can make in-and-out access difficult for some users. The Modern Rocker's 19-inch seat sits closer to standard dining-chair height, making it substantially easier to enter and exit for older buyers, users with mobility considerations, or anyone using the rocker as functional everyday seating rather than dedicated lounging furniture.

  • The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair and Anderson Teak Del-Amo Rocking Armchair share A-Grade teak unfinished construction and tall concave backs, but differ in seat height and rocker base. The Del-Amo has a 16-inch low seat with standard rocker rails for deep-enveloping comfort and the lowest seat in the rocker lineup. The Modern has a 19-inch higher seat with leg-rocker integrated base construction for easier access and a distinctive visual geometry. Choose Del-Amo for the deepest lounging comfort; choose Modern for easier access and the leg-rocker aesthetic.

  • Yes. The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair ships in knock-down flat-pack carton shipping for efficient transport, with step-by-step assembly instructions included. The mortise-and-tenon construction is designed for straightforward homeowner assembly using the included hardware, and Anderson Teak provides a downloadable PDF assembly guide for the Modern Rocker. The leg-rocker integrated base construction is factory-prepared so homeowner assembly focuses on joining the chair body to the pre-built rocker leg components.

  • The Anderson Teak Modern Rocking Armchair is hand-crafted at Anderson Teak's facility in Central Java, Indonesia, where the company has manufactured premium outdoor teak furniture since 2002. The Modern is built from kiln-dried A-Grade teak (Tectona Grandis) sourced from legal Indonesian plantations managed by Perum Perhutani.
