Shipping Policy

Go Time Patio offers FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the USA. Shipping quotes are available on request for orders to Hawaii and Alaska — just contact us before ordering.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. We then confirm the item is in stock and available with our supplier. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we'll contact you by email and you can choose to either keep the order in place until it's available or receive a full refund.

Processing & Lead Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same business day; orders placed Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. Most in-stock items are ready to ship within about 1–5 business days, while certain brands and all made-to-order items take longer. Each product page shows that item's estimated ready-to-ship and delivery window, so you always know what to expect before you buy.

Shipment & Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any questions about a shipment, contact us at support@gotimepatio.com or call 941-216-5633.

Estimated Transit Times

Smaller items ship via FedEx or UPS ground and typically arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch. Larger and heavier items ship by freight (LTL) carrier and generally take about 1–4 weeks depending on your location. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Freight & Large-Item Delivery

Large furniture ships by freight carrier with standard curbside delivery — the carrier brings your order to the curb or driveway at your address. For freight shipments, the carrier will typically call to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Please measure your space, doorways, and access points in advance.

Prefer not to handle placement or assembly yourself? White-glove delivery and assembly are available on request — contact us before ordering and we'll provide a quote for your items and location.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you see any damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us right away. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on reporting damaged or defective items.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

If you miss a scheduled freight delivery appointment, or refuse a delivery for any reason other than shipping damage, any redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.

Returns Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help — please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, contact us first at support@gotimepatio.com or 941-216-5633 so we can authorize it and coordinate the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and complete original packaging, including manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Items returned incomplete or not in original condition may be subject to additional charges or may not be accepted.

Accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. Your refund will be the product purchase price less the 20% restocking fee, issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or cancelled once an order is placed:

  • Custom, made-to-order, and special-order products
  • Clearance or "as-is" items
  • Products that have been assembled or installed

Cancellations

You may cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the cancellation is handled as a return (see Returns above), including return shipping and the 20% restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, as production begins right away.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email photos to support@gotimepatio.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take it from there — including filing any freight or insurance claim on your behalf and arranging a repair, replacement, or refund. Damaged or defective items are not charged a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.

Warranty

Most products are covered by strong manufacturer warranties that vary by brand — from multi-year coverage to LuxCraft's lifetime residential warranty and Ledge Lounger's up-to-15-year in-pool coverage. Warranty terms are listed on each product page. For help with a warranty claim, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Teak Glider Bench with Level-Seat Parallel-Link Motion

The Anderson Teak Del-Amo 4-Foot Glider is the gliding motion member of the Del Amo family — a substantial 77-pound A-Grade teak bench glider that moves forward-and-back on a parallel-link mechanism while the seat stays level throughout the motion. This is fundamentally different from the rocking motion of the Del-Amo Rocking Armchair, where the chair tips backward on curved rocker rails as the user pushes off.

The parallel-link gliding mechanism delivers gentler motion than rocking — the seat stays level throughout the glide so users can shift body position, hold drinks, and converse with a partner without the tipping disruption that rocking introduces. Anderson Teak positions the Del-Amo Glider for couples who want shared porch and deck motion seating, users who find rocker tipping uncomfortable on knees and hips, and any setting where the bench-width 4-foot seating accommodates two adults side-by-side in coordinated motion.

Why Gliding Instead of Rocking?

Outdoor gliding motion solves a specific comfort problem that rocking motion cannot match. Couples who want shared porch and deck motion seating where both users glide together at the same level without one user's rocking motion disrupting the other, users with knee or hip considerations who find rocker tipping uncomfortable on joints, settings where the motion should support extended conversation without the rocking disruption that interrupts focus, and any configuration where the seat needs to remain level for holding drinks, reading, or laptop use during motion all share a constraint: the motion mechanism must be parallel-link gliding where the seat stays level rather than curved-rail rocking where the chair tips backward. The Anderson Teak Del-Amo Glider answers this constraint with parallel-link gliding hardware that delivers smoother, gentler motion than rocker rails.

Substantial Bench Glider Build

The Anderson Teak Del-Amo Glider is built around substantial A-Grade teak construction — 77 pounds anchored by a 43-inch wide bench seat that accommodates two adults side-by-side. The 2-inch thick teak board stock at the seat provides board weight and durability for years of two-person use, while marine-grade brass and stainless steel hardware at the glide mechanism resists corrosion through outdoor exposure. Mortise-and-tenon joinery reinforced by teak wood dowels carries the structural load at every fixed connection across the bench frame.

Del Amo Motion Family

The Anderson Teak Del-Amo Glider is part of the Del Amo family's motion product trio — Anderson Teak's coordinated family that covers all three outdoor motion types: the Anderson Teak Del-Amo Rocking Armchair (curved-rail rocking motion, solo configuration), the Del-Amo 4-Foot Glider (parallel-link gliding motion, two-person bench, this product), and the Anderson Teak Del-Amo 48-Inch Straight Swing Bench (overhead-mounted pendulum swinging motion, two-person bench). All three motion products share A-Grade teak unfinished construction that silver-grays together with the broader Del Amo bench family (2-Seater, 3-Seater, 4-Seater back benches, plus Storage Bench).

Bench Glider Plantation Heritage

Every Anderson Collection Del-Amo 4-Foot Glider is hand-crafted at Anderson Teak's facility in Central Java, Indonesia, where the company has produced premium outdoor teak furniture since 2002. The Del-Amo Glider is built from kiln-dried A-Grade teak (Tectona Grandis) sourced through Indonesia's SVLK legal-sourcing certification system, with traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery at fixed connections, teak wood dowels, and marine-grade brass and stainless steel hardware at the parallel-link gliding mechanism. The Anderson Teak Del-Amo 4-Foot Glider is backed by Anderson Teak's 2-year residential / 1-year commercial limited warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Anderson Teak Del-Amo Glider uses parallel-link gliding motion where the seat moves forward-and-back while staying level throughout the motion, while rockers (like the Anderson Teak Del-Amo Rocking Armchair) use curved-rail rocking motion where the chair tips backward as users push off. Gliding is gentler than rocking — easier on knees and hips, less disruptive during conversation, and friendlier for holding drinks or reading during motion. Rocking is the traditional porch motion; gliding is the modern alternative for users who prefer smoother level motion.

  • The Anderson Teak Del-Amo 4-Foot Glider seats two people comfortably side-by-side. The 43-inch wide bench seat (approximately four feet, hence the product name) accommodates two adults with room for hip and shoulder clearance. Both users glide together at the same level throughout the motion — the parallel-link mechanism keeps the entire seat level so neither user experiences disruption from the other's weight shifts. This is different from solo rockers like the Del-Amo Rocking Armchair which seat one person.

  • The Anderson Teak Del-Amo 4-Foot Glider is part of the most extensive coordinated family in the Anderson Teak catalog — the Del Amo family with seven products: the Del Amo 2-Seater Bench, Del Amo 3-Seater Bench, Del Amo 4-Seater Bench (back benches at varying capacities), Del Amo Storage Bench (seating with integrated storage), Anderson Teak Del-Amo Rocking Armchair (solo rocking motion), this Del-Amo 4-Foot Glider (couple's gliding motion), and Anderson Teak Del-Amo 48-Inch Straight Swing Bench (overhead-mounted swinging motion). All seven products share A-Grade teak unfinished construction.

  • Yes. The Anderson Teak Del-Amo 4-Foot Glider ships in flat-pack carton shipping for efficient transport, with step-by-step assembly instructions included. The mortise-and-tenon construction at fixed connections is designed for straightforward homeowner assembly using the included hardware. Anderson Teak provides a downloadable PDF assembly guide for the Del-Amo Glider. The parallel-link gliding mechanism arrives factory-prepared, so homeowner assembly focuses on joining the bench frame components to the pre-built glide hardware.

  • The Anderson Teak Del-Amo 4-Foot Glider is hand-crafted at Anderson Teak's facility in Central Java, Indonesia, where the company has manufactured premium outdoor teak furniture since 2002. The Del-Amo Glider is built from kiln-dried A-Grade teak (Tectona Grandis) sourced from legal Indonesian plantations managed by Perum Perhutani.
