Shipping Policy

Go Time Patio offers FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the USA. Shipping quotes are available on request for orders to Hawaii and Alaska — just contact us before ordering.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. We then confirm the item is in stock and available with our supplier. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we'll contact you by email and you can choose to either keep the order in place until it's available or receive a full refund.

Processing & Lead Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same business day; orders placed Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. Most in-stock items are ready to ship within about 1–5 business days, while certain brands and all made-to-order items take longer. Each product page shows that item's estimated ready-to-ship and delivery window, so you always know what to expect before you buy.

Shipment & Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any questions about a shipment, contact us at support@gotimepatio.com or call 941-216-5633.

Estimated Transit Times

Smaller items ship via FedEx or UPS ground and typically arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch. Larger and heavier items ship by freight (LTL) carrier and generally take about 1–4 weeks depending on your location. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Freight & Large-Item Delivery

Large furniture ships by freight carrier with standard curbside delivery — the carrier brings your order to the curb or driveway at your address. For freight shipments, the carrier will typically call to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Please measure your space, doorways, and access points in advance.

Prefer not to handle placement or assembly yourself? White-glove delivery and assembly are available on request — contact us before ordering and we'll provide a quote for your items and location.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you see any damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us right away. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on reporting damaged or defective items.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

If you miss a scheduled freight delivery appointment, or refuse a delivery for any reason other than shipping damage, any redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.

Returns Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help — please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, contact us first at support@gotimepatio.com or 941-216-5633 so we can authorize it and coordinate the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and complete original packaging, including manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Items returned incomplete or not in original condition may be subject to additional charges or may not be accepted.

Accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. Your refund will be the product purchase price less the 20% restocking fee, issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or cancelled once an order is placed:

  • Custom, made-to-order, and special-order products
  • Clearance or "as-is" items
  • Products that have been assembled or installed

Cancellations

You may cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the cancellation is handled as a return (see Returns above), including return shipping and the 20% restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, as production begins right away.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email photos to support@gotimepatio.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take it from there — including filing any freight or insurance claim on your behalf and arranging a repair, replacement, or refund. Damaged or defective items are not charged a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.

Warranty

Most products are covered by strong manufacturer warranties that vary by brand — from multi-year coverage to LuxCraft's lifetime residential warranty and Ledge Lounger's up-to-15-year in-pool coverage. Warranty terms are listed on each product page. For help with a warranty claim, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Counter-Height Recycled Poly Adirondack for Elevated Decks

The LuxCraft Adirondack Balcony Chair brings traditional Adirondack styling to a counter-height elevated seating configuration — a 49-inch tall Adirondack chair with a 23.5-inch front seat height (over a foot taller than a standard Adirondack's 11-14 inch seat) and an integrated two-piece footrest that lets seated users plant their feet naturally despite the elevated seating position. For balcony installations, bar-height outdoor counters, elevated patios with railing views, and tall-table outdoor dining setups, this is the LuxCraft Adirondack that fits where standard-height chairs cannot.

The elevated seating geometry solves a specific outdoor furniture problem: balconies and upper-deck installations typically have railings at 36-42 inches that block the view from standard 11-14 inch seat heights. Sitting at the 23.5-inch elevated seat height of the Balcony Chair, seated users see over the railing rather than through it — the view becomes a feature of the seated experience rather than an obstruction. The integrated footrest is essential at this height; without it, seated users' feet would dangle uncomfortably during long sessions.

Why Balcony Seating Differs?

Balcony seating is its own design category. Standard-height outdoor chairs on second-story balconies, upper decks, and elevated patios produce a frustrating seated experience: the railing blocks the view that motivated the elevated installation in the first place. The Balcony Chair solves this by raising the seat to a height where the railing no longer obstructs the view — sit down, and the yard, the lake, the street scene, or the urban skyline becomes part of the seated experience. The architectural premise is straightforward: outdoor seating should match the architectural feature it occupies.

The Integrated Footrest Difference

The integrated footrest is what distinguishes the Balcony Chair from a simple tall Adirondack. At 23.5-inch seat height, seated users' feet hang above the ground at a height where dangling becomes uncomfortable during anything longer than brief seating. The two-piece footrest provides a flat platform for foot placement at the right ergonomic height, allowing genuine multi-hour seating comfort. Without the integrated footrest, the chair would technically work as elevated seating but would not actually invite extended outdoor sessions — the footrest is what makes the elevated seat truly usable.

Counter-Height Table Pairings

The Balcony Chair pairs naturally with counter-height outdoor tables, balcony installations, second-story porches with view considerations, elevated patios with privacy railings, and any outdoor space where seating needs to function at counter or bar elevation. For matching dining configurations, the LuxCraft Balcony Table is the natural pairing — the chair and table heights coordinate exactly. The Adirondack Balcony Chair also functions as standalone seating on regular-height patios when the buyer specifically wants elevated seating for view or accessibility reasons.

Built for Elevated Installations

Every LuxCraft Adirondack Balcony Chair is hand-built by Amish craftsmen in Sugarcreek, Ohio, from recycled HDPE poly with stainless steel hardware throughout, including the integrated footrest assembly, and backed by a lifetime residential warranty. Built to anchor elevated outdoor installations for decades of permanent service in any climate — balcony installations, second-story porches, counter-height outdoor dining all benefit from the same generational durability that defines every LuxCraft Adirondack variant.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Balcony Chair has an elevated 23.5-inch front seat height (versus 13-17 inches on standard LuxCraft Adirondacks), an integrated two-piece footrest, and a 31-inch armrest height (versus 21-25 inches on standard variants). The seated experience is genuinely different — counter-height elevation with footrest support, designed for balcony and bar installations. The traditional Adirondack styling and 28-inch fan-back match the standard Adirondack visual language; only the height and footrest differ.

  • At 23.5 inches of front seat height, seated users' feet hang above the ground at a height where dangling becomes uncomfortable during any seating session longer than a few minutes. The integrated two-piece footrest provides a flat platform for natural foot placement at the right ergonomic height. Without the footrest, the elevated seat would be technically usable but uncomfortable for extended sessions — the footrest converts the chair from "tall seating" to "comfortable counter-height seating."

  • The Adirondack Balcony Chair pairs with counter-height outdoor tables — typically 34-36 inches tall — matching the 31-inch armrest height for natural arm placement during seated dining. The LuxCraft Balcony Table is the matched pairing in the LuxCraft lineup. For bar-height tables (42 inches tall), the chair is too short; standard bar-height chairs at ~30-inch seat heights are appropriate for that elevation.

  • Yes — the chair functions as standalone elevated seating anywhere users want counter-height seating, with or without a railing nearby. Standalone uses include outdoor counter-height bars, elevated breakfast nooks on covered patios, accessible seating where the higher seat makes sit-to-stand easier for older users, and any context where seated users want to be at counter rather than chair height. The integrated footrest works the same way regardless of installation context.

  • Yes. The 62-pound weight (heavier than every other LuxCraft Adirondack including the 59-lb Royal) provides exceptional stability at the elevated seating height. The wider 30-inch chair footprint and 34-inch depth distribute the load across a stable base. The 316 stainless steel hardware throughout the construction — including the footrest assembly attachments — does not loosen with use, so the chair stays rock-solid through decades of elevated seating.
