Shipping Policy

Go Time Patio offers FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship outside the USA. Shipping quotes are available on request for orders to Hawaii and Alaska — just contact us before ordering.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. We then confirm the item is in stock and available with our supplier. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we'll contact you by email and you can choose to either keep the order in place until it's available or receive a full refund.

Processing & Lead Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday are processed the same business day; orders placed Saturday or Sunday are processed the next business day. Most in-stock items are ready to ship within about 1–5 business days, while certain brands and all made-to-order items take longer. Each product page shows that item's estimated ready-to-ship and delivery window, so you always know what to expect before you buy.

Shipment & Tracking

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any questions about a shipment, contact us at support@gotimepatio.com or call 941-216-5633.

Estimated Transit Times

Smaller items ship via FedEx or UPS ground and typically arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch. Larger and heavier items ship by freight (LTL) carrier and generally take about 1–4 weeks depending on your location. All transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Freight & Large-Item Delivery

Large furniture ships by freight carrier with standard curbside delivery — the carrier brings your order to the curb or driveway at your address. For freight shipments, the carrier will typically call to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Please measure your space, doorways, and access points in advance.

Prefer not to handle placement or assembly yourself? White-glove delivery and assembly are available on request — contact us before ordering and we'll provide a quote for your items and location.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery. If you see any damage to the packaging or product, note it on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us right away. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details on reporting damaged or defective items.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

If you miss a scheduled freight delivery appointment, or refuse a delivery for any reason other than shipping damage, any redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are the customer's responsibility.

Returns Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help — please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, contact us first at support@gotimepatio.com or 941-216-5633 so we can authorize it and coordinate the return. All items must be returned in their original condition and complete original packaging, including manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Items returned incomplete or not in original condition may be subject to additional charges or may not be accepted.

Accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. Your refund will be the product purchase price less the 20% restocking fee, issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or cancelled once an order is placed:

  • Custom, made-to-order, and special-order products
  • Clearance or "as-is" items
  • Products that have been assembled or installed

Cancellations

You may cancel an order any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the cancellation is handled as a return (see Returns above), including return shipping and the 20% restocking fee. Custom and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed, as production begins right away.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email photos to support@gotimepatio.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take it from there — including filing any freight or insurance claim on your behalf and arranging a repair, replacement, or refund. Damaged or defective items are not charged a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout and may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card provider. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.

Warranty

Most products are covered by strong manufacturer warranties that vary by brand — from multi-year coverage to LuxCraft's lifetime residential warranty and Ledge Lounger's up-to-15-year in-pool coverage. Warranty terms are listed on each product page. For help with a warranty claim, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.

Teak Adirondack Chair & Ottoman Bundle for Deck Seating

The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman delivers the complete Adirondack chair experience in a single bundled purchase — one A-Grade teak Adirondack chair plus one matching ottoman shipped together. The Adirondack tradition uses an unusually low 14-inch seat height paired with a leg-extending ottoman to position users in the iconic relaxed lean-back posture: low seat, sloped back, legs forward on the ottoman.

This is the most-relaxed seating posture in the entire Anderson Teak catalog. The 14-inch seat height is three inches lower than even the lowest comfort rocker (Del-Amo at 16 inches), and the included ottoman lets users elevate their legs to match the lean-back angle. Anderson Teak's wide flat Adirondack arms double as integrated surfaces wide enough to hold drinks, books, or phones without needing a separate side table — the Adirondack tradition prioritizes self-contained comfort over multi-piece configurations.

Why Adirondack with Ottoman?

Adirondack chairs with matching ottomans solve a specific complete-relaxation problem that Adirondack chairs alone cannot deliver. The Adirondack tradition is built around a sloped lean-back posture with the user's legs extended forward — the chair alone provides the back support and arm geometry, but the legs need somewhere to rest for the complete posture. Buyers who buy Adirondack chairs without ottomans often add mismatched footstools or stretch legs into the air uncomfortably during long sittings, settings where the host wants guests to experience the full Adirondack relaxation rather than a partial version, and any configuration where the chair-and-ottoman pair should arrive as a coordinated unit rather than two separate purchases all benefit from the bundled approach. The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman answers this need with both pieces shipped together in matching A-Grade teak construction.

Iconic Adirondack Construction

The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman delivers the classic Adirondack chair geometry through traditional construction. The 14-inch low seat sits substantially below standard chair height, paired with the included ottoman so users can extend their legs forward at the natural Adirondack angle. The wide flat arms function as integrated surfaces — wide enough to hold drinks, books, or phones without needing a side table, which is why traditional Adirondack chairs work as self-contained relaxation units rather than parts of multi-piece configurations. Mortise-and-tenon joinery reinforced by teak wood dowels carries the structural load across both the chair and ottoman pieces.

Adirondack Lounging Alternatives

The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman is the only Adirondack product in the Anderson Teak catalog. Buyers comparing low-seat outdoor lounging options should also consider Anderson Teak's rocker lineup for the classic porch motion experience — the Anderson Teak Del-Amo Rocking Armchair (16-inch low seat, deep-enveloping comfort), Modern Rocking Armchair (19-inch higher seat with leg-rocker design), or Ipanema Rocking Armchair (sculptural curved-slat back). For full-recline poolside positioning, consider the Anderson Teak sun lounger lineup including the Bel-Air Double Sun Lounger (2-person opposable lounging), Southbay Sun Lounger (sealed-finish single lounger), or Capri Sun Lounger (unfinished single lounger with slide-out drawer tray).

Adirondack Plantation Heritage

Every Anderson Collection Adirondack with Ottoman is hand-crafted at Anderson Teak's facility in Central Java, Indonesia, where the company has produced premium outdoor teak furniture since 2002. Both the Adirondack chair and the matching ottoman are built from kiln-dried A-Grade teak (Tectona Grandis) sourced through Indonesia's SVLK legal-sourcing certification system, with traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery, teak wood dowels, and marine-grade brass and stainless steel fittings. The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman is backed by Anderson Teak's 2-year residential / 1-year commercial limited warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman ships as a bundled purchase that includes one A-Grade teak Adirondack chair plus one matching A-Grade teak ottoman in a single transaction. Both pieces ship together for coordinated delivery, share the same unfinished A-Grade teak construction, and weather together to a coordinated silver-gray patina. The ottoman lets users elevate their legs to match the Adirondack's iconic lean-back posture — the chair-and-ottoman pair is the complete Adirondack experience.

  • The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman has a 14-inch seat height as part of the iconic Adirondack chair tradition. Adirondack chairs are designed around a sloped lean-back posture with the user's legs extended forward — the low seat positions the user for that relaxed posture rather than upright sitting. At 14 inches, the seat is three inches lower than even the lowest comfort rocker (Del-Amo at 16 inches) and the lowest seat height in the entire Anderson Teak outdoor furniture catalog. The included ottoman provides the leg-elevation surface that completes the Adirondack posture.

  • Not necessarily. The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman features the classic Adirondack wide flat arms — armrests that are wide enough to hold drinks, books, phones, and small items without needing a separate side table. The Adirondack tradition designs the arms as integrated surfaces specifically so the chair functions as a self-contained relaxation unit rather than requiring additional accessory pieces. Buyers can add an Anderson Teak side table for more substantial surface, but the wide flat arms cover most casual needs.

  • Yes. The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman ships in flat-pack carton shipping for efficient transport, with step-by-step assembly instructions included for both the chair and the ottoman. The mortise-and-tenon construction is designed for straightforward homeowner assembly using the included hardware. Both pieces (chair and ottoman) require separate assembly using the included instructions, with the chair being the more involved assembly of the two.

  • The Anderson Teak Adirondack with Ottoman is hand-crafted at Anderson Teak's facility in Central Java, Indonesia, where the company has manufactured premium outdoor teak furniture since 2002. Both the Adirondack chair and the matching ottoman are built from kiln-dried A-Grade teak (Tectona Grandis) sourced from legal Indonesian plantations managed by Perum Perhutani.
